If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item, we offer a return or exchange option within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Please note that all sale or marked-down items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

• Visit our Initiate Return/Exchange page or click here.
• Enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts.
• Print out the provided FedEx label and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, ensuring that all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
• Take the package to your nearest FedEx store.
• A return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your credit.

Exchange Process:

If you wish to exchange an item, it will be shipped to you via standard ground delivery. We will process the exchange shipment within 48 hours of receiving your return. If you require expedited shipping, please inform us, and we will work with you to ensure you receive your item promptly.

Returning Gifts:

For gift items ordered from our online boutique, we are happy to facilitate a return or exchange as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn or washed. Sonoraplural items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging.
